I totally get that there are gay people out there not totally on the gay marriage bandwagon. shit i’m not really one of them. i think there are bigger issues to be working on, especially ones in the POC and transgender communities. but the point i’m trying to make is: your run of the mill person that is against gay marriage is going to be homophobic. your run of the mill person working at an organization working against gay marriage, is going to be homophobic. and thats who he’s going to be bringing in. and i don’t want to deal with it. im not going to sit and nitpick everything with you. you’re right, generalizations suck, but i’m not going to break things down and argue them on a person to person basis.
